With its compact design and powerful performance, the AWT-100 Air Driven Pipe Cleaning Machine is ideal for boiler cleaning applications where the use of electricity is not available or desired.
The operation of the machine is ensured by supplying sufficient air to the engine. The movement of the air is done by a foot pedal with an air switch.
Water is connected to the machine and the shaft of the machine rotates with the appropriate cleaning head (such as cutting, drilling, brushing, honing, etc.) to ensure cleaning inside the pipe and at the same time, the impurities are thrown out from the other end of the pipe with the effect of pressurized water coming on the heads. It is sufficient for the shaft to run along the pipe once.
Machine, Heat Exchanger – Cooler – Condenser etc. The water of the city network to be connected in the cleaning of the pipes is transmitted pressurized through the water jacketed shaft onto the cleaning heads.
