QS-300

The heat exchanger is designed for quick, easy and perfect cleaning of condenser pipes (especially in Power Plants). When the trigger of the gun is touched, the compressed air and water blast the polyethylene plugs into the pipe. Thus, all of the residual material and deposits in the pipe are scraped out together with the plug and pushed out.

There is a pressure relief valve on the gun. There is also a protective flexible front visor for safe use. The automatic pressure relief valve prevents the return of polyethylene plugs in blocked or over-hardened pipes. It has a tapered spout for effective cleaning and insertion of plugs. When the trigger of the gun is pressed, high-pressure water and air simultaneously blast the cleaning plugs. With the QS-300 Model Gun, residual materials (muddy water, algae, shell etc.) in the pipes will be cleaned very quickly. For example; 100 pieces, 25 mm. diameter and 10 meters. will clean a long condenser pipe in 5-10 minutes by throwing the plugs.
